CHILDHOOD & PARENTHOOD SESSION
Something all parents can agree on is that time is a cruel thief. We all age, kids and parents alike. I call these sessions “Childhood & Parenthood” because they are just as much about capturing the parent as they are the child. The way you interact with your kids, your face when they come running up to you to show you a cool bug. Before you know it, you won’t remember the last time they ran up to you like that or the last time they asked you to kiss an ouchie.
This is the passing of time slowed to a stop and captured in a gallery of memories for you to share.

Planning
Together we can create a vision of how to best capture you and your child. We will plan out a location, an activity, color pallete, and outfit guide. We can create the photo session of your dreams! Whether that’s running through a field, baking cookies together, — any activity that you hold dear to your heart.

Posing
I have a ton of posing tips, tricks, and prompts to help loosen people up in front of the camera. Believe it or not, kids being kids helps. They’re genuinely themselves and it creates such a fun atmosphere for photos. This will create a balance of pose and candid emotion within the photos allowing for a more genuine gallery that captures your true nature. If you have little ones, I’m more than happy to chase them around with my camera. I try to ensure that everyone is happy at the session regardless of age.

Gallery
After the session I will go through all of the photos and edit them. This can take about a week or so. I treat each photo as a work of art. You’ll receive a gallery of 25 photos (minimum). Often times, it ends up being more.
